Our store's delivery team operates from Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. Delivery will be carried out mainly by our own team. Delivery carried out by other service providers will be based on the situation.
Please expect a wait time of 2-7 working days for your order's arrival.
Our team will attempt to reach you at the contact number that you have submitted. If no one is present or contactable for further instructions, your package will be left at the riser, door, gate or security. If other arrangements are preferred, you may leave us a note before your package is dispatched.
Note: Due to Covid-19, all of our deliveries will be following the contactless delivery policy as advised by Enterprise Singapore. Therefore, Order Packages will be left outside the door/ shoe racks/ dry riser, and a picture will be sent to your phone for verification through Whatsapp. Please make sure that you have added a working mobile number that our delivery team can contact.
Missed Delivery Due to Inaccessibility
Should there be situations when the delivery team is not granted access to your residential area due to residential security, your package will be returned to our fulfillment center. We strongly recommend you to ensure the accuracy of shipping option, address and contact information submitted to ensure a pleasant fulfillment experience.

|Redelivery||Make arrangement with your residential area security so that we will be allowed access to deliver your package to you.||$8|
- We deliver orders $50 and above for free to your designated address. Orders below $50 will have to pay a flat rate of $15.
- Special discounted shipping rate can be offered to the categories of Artisanal Goods & Meow Merchandise (e.g. collars, keychains) for customers who are interested in buying items only from those categories. Orders can be made on our website with an option with SmartPac Registered Mailing at an additional fee of $5.
Delivery is made by our store's own delivery team.
Should there be a situation that our store's delivery team is unable to fulfill the delivery, we would engage a third party service provider and you will be informed via email and/or text messages.
We do not collect nor have access to any of our customer's payment information and details.
After you have placed an order on our website, you will need to make payment for the goods or services you have ordered. In order to process your payment, we use a third party payment processor (Shopify Payments). Your payment will be processed by Shopify Payments.
We deliver islandwide to all addresses within mainland Singapore and Sentosa Island, except:
- Army Camps in Singapore
- Jurong Island
Meow Merchants offer international air-mailing for non-liquid items* with full mailing amount paid by our international customers. We will provide mailing proofs & images that we are at the post office with your mail. We had several successful orders made to different countries (both tracked & untracked air-mailing).
However, we will not be held responsible for any...
- Lost mails if our customer chose to opt in for the untracked air-mailing.
- Damaged mails due to postal services.
*Non-liquid items - Singapore Post makes a strict requirement that non-liquid/paste item shall be allowed to be mailed overseas.
For door-step deliveries, Meow Merchants currently only delivers to Singapore addresses.
